No liquid, computer was working fine and while transferring data to it both USB's stopped working all of a sudden. They still output 5v and a optical mouse will light up, just not move

3V3_G3H 23 Ohms and PPBUS_G3H very slowly rose to about 1.3 Ohms

I disconnected the battery from this working computer to remove an efi lock and upon reconnecting the battery I accidentally had the screw not aligned and it sparked at me, since then the computer will not turn on and I believe the spark from the battery killed it. I get 0v on PP3V3_G3H

My multimeter only has auto mode, I ordered a cheap one with a 20v setting. Yes U1950 pins 5 & 6 pulse And yes L7310/20 pulse too, between 0-.5v I will test again when the new multimeter arrives

Ok I checked most of the coils on the backside of the board and they pulse. on page 58 and 58 most things were pulsing on output I went over the power rails again, a lot are pulsing, and PPDCIN_G3H was steady but I had an open line ALL_SYS_PWRGD Pulses between .9v and 0v

It is a backlight flicker only, the image has no distortion, It is more prevalent when the computer is doing something vs standby. There is also the searchlight effect at the bottom of the screen
