DDR slots tested with the same result.
Did several tries, and sometimes L7201/21/41 get 1.08v (that should be ok), restarts if self and get 1.28, then powers off. Next manual switch on, starts at 1.28, restarts in 2 seconds and gets 1,53v, then powers off, switch on manually and reads 0.8v...
Tested with a functional CPU, still same. I started the board without CPU and there is 1.28v at the L7201/21/41
Seems that something shorts them with the CPU inside... Could inject that voltage to find any heating element, if there is any other, apart the cpu.
What do you think?
Just replaced the U7401, now the second light powers up, mounted the system, but powers, fan speeds up and power down again. No post error sounds, no "dong" sound and no screen powering up.

Two lots of 2 units from different sellers, latest ones came in bga sealed packets, tested all four with same results, just because of this I said this make me crazy. Any other thing to check?
