I found the problem, Pin 1 and 3 have short circuit. Multiplexor U9850 was faulty. Removed it and Macbook booted up on external monitor. Thank you so much for your help! :)- nikelectro

Hi, I have the following case: This Macbook got spilled over the right charging ports with coffee. I noticed signs of coffee around the connector of the LCD display.
