well, DCIN_ISENSE not showing any voltage while on the known good is showing constant 0.3V. BMON_ISENSE is 0 on both boards. diode mode readings are good.

I have already replaced Q5265 and confirmed connected traces. no change

Both are normal compared to known good board. PPVBAT_AON_CHGR_R = 0.530 PPVBAT_AON_CONN = O.L.

It works with just the charger only if I remove R5260. Otherwise it will show 20V loop on the ammeter. If battery is connected and R5260 in place it works again but it wont see the battery. the charger is detected in the OS btw

Thank you for the welcome! Resistance is 3.5 and 4.5 ohms exact same measurement on the known good.
