Nop, never get 5v steady. always gets down. If remove R7020, have 5v steady but, no 0,000 amps.

Why do you think the problem is actually one of those CD3215? maybe the problem are in another place.

Hi again, I inject 3.3 volts on pin 2 of R6923 and nothing is getting hot and nothing happening on the power supply. all the time have 0.01 amps and 3.3v stable. what do you think? No one have an idea?

Ok, here is the measure of all single coils on the board in ohms. If any measure go to ohms scale i will take diode mode in this too. here we go.. L2959: 1.3k on both sides. L3500: starts in 20k and goes down slowly and when get 15k get more slowly. L6900: 120k and slowly goes down LA900...
