My current track record is: noob!
I have high success with WD boards, because my background is microsoldering on tightly packed iPhone boards, so I'm very successful with the basic stuff that WD needs: detecting shorts, replacing components and lines, connectors, and micro-BGA replacement or reballing. In other words, for the moment, if I can see it, I can fix it. I'm at the point where replacing or reballing the SMC to rule it out is a basic task.
I am just starting up with charger and battery management, and back-light issues and still a complete noob with those.
