    Board had spillage around q5480 and U6903. U6903 was short so replaced 5v 110ma on all 4 ports ppbus 12.3v no obvious shorts. I can get it info dfu but it fails with 0xFAE (4014) with or without battery present. What should I check next?

    Yes, but PP1V2_S2 is cycling.

    Going back to PPVDD_DISP_AWAKESW I removed coils L7840, l78a0 (4 coils) at U770 and seems to be on U0600 side so I guess cpu is dead yes?.

    Just going through the rails now PP0V81_S1_SRAM is pulsing PP0V95_S2SW_VDD2L is pulsing PP1V8_S2SW is pulsing PP0V575_S1_VDDQ0 is pulsing PP0V575_S1_VDDQ1 is pulsing PP0V855_S2SW_VDDCIO is pulsing

    HI only 5v 0m 12.5v ppbus . spillage around ut360 replaced 3 resistors PPBUS_AON 12.4v PP3V8_AON 3.8v PPVDD_DISP_AWAKESW 0v 0.056v diode mode this should be 0.199 ?. Not sure what to check next any help appreciated

    Hi I checked J8500 diode mode and all seem ok no shorts. PP5V_S0SW_LCD = 5v PPVOUT_S0_LCDBKLT = 0v PPVIN_S0SW_LCDBKLT_R = 12.5v LCDBKLT_EN_L = 12.48v PP5V_S0_BKLT_A = 5v PP5V_S0_BKLT_D =5v EDP_BKLT_EN = 0v I have also replaced U8400 Any ideas?

    I changed both the nands and I dfu no problem and now it boots and chimes but has no backlight so investigating that now. I have external video only.
