When I start the MacBook it show the Apple logo than the bootbar for 75%, then I get a blank screen. After that the system turned off and repeat the same again. Or is this due the graphic BGA. Any suggestion where to start ?

I have heaten the CPU according your advice, but no luck. It is still beeping 3 times. Is there a way to measure which RAM is defective?. Or do I have to measure something else before start replacing the RAM modules.
