iPhone11,8 (A1984). No signs of a crack on my customer's phone. I think this is an internal issue. Only a few people have talked about it online. However, it seems there hasn't been a solution. Has anyone seen anything like this?

A customer sent in his MacBook for repair. No water damage at all. resistor R5710 was not showing any continuity, I replaced the pin and it shows continuity. however, there's still no power button functionality. Note- the keyboard is now stuck in caps for some reason :/
