what if a quality, ambitious person like that is someone you can elevate into some kind of high level manager or partner (essentially replacing you as the primary physical leading presence there) that can hold the fort while you establish your second Rossman Repair office in another state which will be your new physical home. Additionally with that transition to expand to a second location, some of your current NYC
