Yes i do get PP5V_S3 going high for a second. But no Vcore on L7510. VVC and enable are both at U7400, But no CPUIMVP_UGATE1. Also Between L7510 and ground im only getting 1ohm. Is that normal for this board or is that to low

I figured it out. The LCD i was using must be bad. I grabbed another assembly and i have back light and a image. Well broken screen image but still an image.

I believe PP3V3_S5 was pulsing as well. But i went to go mess with this board today and it magically lost its green light over night and now has a short to ground on SMC_BC_ACOK. This board is going to meet the bottom of the pile for a little bit.

voltage seams stable at pin 2 of the U7000 ~16.3V. All the current sense resistors are fine. And yes it drops even with F7040 removed
