As Duke says could be because of the memory
Other options:
1 Check battery connectors
2 Install clean OS X
3 Reset PRAM and SMC
Did you try efi ASD?
What I have read now:
"820-2850 also have rampant kernel panics due to issues with VRAM, pgood signals and other that is too much to mention...
I reply to myself: http://es.aliexpress.com/store/produ...storeId=917471
Also I didn't see this post:

did you try a smc reset? If nothing happens...check u7000 pins 27/28 on resistance mode and write down values 17/18 pins too, I had the same problem on the same board 2 days ago.
What I read is that the carbon filter needs another filter to avoid changing it too fast.

1 thing that I have learned is never use flux based in water I have used JBC flux and LA CO and they are piece of crap for electronics
Avoid them, learn from my mistakes.
Yes, that is why I bought you the amtech 559
If I leave the flux one day I can see moisture and corrosion in only a day
this is what I have actually, the flux is good when you are soldering but it is a piece of crap because of this
PS: I don't use the brush
HI, when Im working on a board and I use flux, I cannot leave the board with the flux because of corrosion, or use 99% IPA and leave it.
What do you guys do when you are working in a board for a long period of time to avoid moisture or corrosion?
I think those pins must be like they are now, anyway I have measured u7000 pins without the chip
Values are:
pin 1:OL
pin2:OL
pin3:OL
pin4:0.563 V
pin:5:OL
pin6:0,663 V
pin7:OL
pin8:OL
pin9:OL
pin10:0.614 V
pin11:0,613 V
pin12:0,337 V
pin13:0,463 V
pin14:0,488 V
pin15:OL
pin:16:OL
pin17:0,447...
It seems something related to heat, did you try changing the termal paste and cleaning the heat pipe, fans and check if they are good?
I would try with that first

Ok, next episode on this mofo mobo, yesterday night everything was good, green light...
I was going to measure all the things you told me today and...no green light...now ppbus_g3h 2V hmm, then u7000 was shorting!! I quit the U7000 check pins 27 28 and they are shorted!! (diode mode =...
