You said no display on an external monitor either correct? In my experience I had a retina with the same symptoms and it was a bad BIOS and I had to reprogram it... Not sure if that may be the case here but i'm just providing input from my experience with this problem.

So this board was liquid damaged although I saw no signs of liquid damage on the board itself, i cleaned it anyways. The machine boots up and chimes just fine, has all main power rails ect. The only issue is the board isn't recognizing any keyboard input from the internal keyboard. I have tried...
