I got the same board with same symptoms here, no liquid damage: PP5V_S3 - no PP5V_S0 - no PP3V3_S5 - present PP1V05_S5_MCP - 1.16v pm_slp_s4_l - missing no shorts to GND what could it be? Maybe a clock issue?
