R7005 should be 20ohm and if I remember correctly if that is fucked U7000 is also fucked.. which is baffling since you have 12,6V R7051 should be 2.2ohm R7052 should be 0ohm... these two are for current sensing and should give proper readings. R7021 - R7022 seem good.

so it has the same behaviour with headphones.. the sound comes up for half a sec and then stops.. if you wait a while it can work again for another half-second.. there is no light shining from the port indicating a working optical SPDIF output... any ideas?

I am not sure if the board would power up those rails without the presence of a GPU chip (need expert input here) but these motherboards do have a history of GPU failures and if I had to consider which connection points fail the most are those which convey current.

hi duke, thank you for the input. so you mean the PGOOD will show up momentarily for every power rail? do I do this with magsafe always connected and wait for the power cycles or by connect/measure/disconnect/repeat?
