    the better way to know is read bios IC and compare serial number with the bottom case number, but, why spend time on this if client already got screwed?...

    you need to desolder the chip and use an adapter to read it....

    The same, check for corrosion on U1900, U1950, U6100, J6100, resistor and traces around U6100, and ofcourse SMC........
