    Replaced U6915, got exactly the same values on all pins. Could the donor be bad, should I try with another donor chip from 820-2327 or could it be something else?

    Duke, an early bird, aren't you? U6915 pin4 is 7.32V, on healthy it is 0V. Also, pin3 is 0V, on healthy it is 3.29V
