Hi guys! Got an A1708 that won't power on. Mainboard drain 5v from power adapter but won't switch in 20v mode. No water damage no corrosion. PP3v3_G3H is 3,40V on both entrance of U3100 , U3200 ... measured on chip side of R3100 and R3200. How can i figure if both the CD32 are working fine...
