Problem fixed. (Broken ADAPTER_SENSE trace on J9600) Now I am getting 1 beep not video. (I have dissabled the GPU)

I doubled checked, I tried with 2 known good 85W adapters . Also I have always used my PSU to turn on these boards without any issue. What should I measure? With or without battery plugged?

Forget to mention: U4100 was out of position (I dont know what they were trying) so I removed it and put in position some caps and resistors around it.

I noticed that on the U7400 side of the R7403/02 I got 12V but only for 1 second. Replaced U7400 and same behaviour

Found a broken trace on U7201, fixed it and board turns on now. But CPU voltages not present. ALL_SYS_PWRGD: 3.3V Could it be GPU related?
