Will need help sorting this. F7140 - 1.4v on both sides. R7185 - 16.5v on pin 1 and 6.36v on pin2. R7186 - 6.36v on pin1 and 3.7mv on pin2. Looking for further guidance.

Removed U8130 and PM_RSMRST_L still shows 720 mv and PPBUS_G3H also dropped to 1.41v.

Checked U8130 and seems clean. R8133 measures 99.2k. This board has no history of water damage and is pretty clean.
