I think my mistake is L means didnt understand. if 3.3V is SMC_RESET_L its ok ( i measured working board its shows same voltage at same pin) also Luis was published about this topic. i haveto watch it again. So board have different problem. Maybe second SMC is same problem :( any suggestion ??
