U7000 has been replaced again (NEW), as well as another set of CD3215's (NEW) as well as U6990 (NEW). 5.19V on the charger pulling 40 milliamps. PP3V3_G3H is 4.25V now. What would be causing this overvoltage? Where should I look next?

Thank you for the help. The DPS5020 on eBay looks like a great choice. This is a DC-DC power supply however. Can you recommend an AC-DC power supply that I can connect to this so I can use it?

Perhaps I need a new Power Supply? Its working fine otherwise...

Sorry. 0.2Ohms short to ground on PP3V3_S5. Power supply uses 6A@3V injecting into that line.

3.42 is always present. Board will turn on if I press power button with 60W magsafe connected, just not by itself. Board will boot in SMC bypass.
