if i shorted pp3v42 to the smc_bc_ok line it should force the charger to work right?

every once in a while the charger will not give a green light even when the battery is out, it will like flash green then go off then after a couple seconds itll come green then flash off again then it will randomly work fine, possibly dying isl?

I also checked current sensing before and after the isl all the resistors are good

computer recognizes and runs off the battery, just no green light from the charger, like i said if i have the charger plugged in and its running i can plug the battery in and itll charge then but after the charger is unplugged and then replugged in it will no longer charge or give a light

also i can rule out the battery because i have tested with a known good one

Display is working now, the scl line had intermittent connection with the pin

the sda line stays at 5v constantly but the scl line jumps around like a data line should

i got the wires ran, no short to ground on them both to the right pins and have continuity still no backlight, 12.8v still isnt getting through q7700 anything else i can check or is the screen toast?

I didnt have any insulated wire left, so i ordered some, just wondering if the caps are important in that line or if i can just run a wire from r7752/3 directly to pins 3-4 of the lcd connector

okay yeah theres no continuity so ill have to run a couple wires

i did check smc lid, 3.4v but i did try to get continuity from the data lines to the lcd connector, and i have an open line and what looks to be destroyed traces, would that cause no backlight

r7752/3 are both giving me 1.58k ohms and i get .535 in diode mode on both data lines
