Using Original 85w charger PM_BAT_LOW_L = 0.008V

Tested all Caps for shorts and all resistors for correct resistance on the PP3V_S5 Rail and all are good if that helps.

PP3V3_S5 Doide mode = 0.123 (that's a short yea?)
