PM_SLP_Sx_L signals should pulse 3.3 v at same time and became 0v PM_RSMRST_L also pulse 3.3 and became 0v. and fan is turn on.

This is known good i/o flex /board. Clean j9500 pins. Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L at same time is .36v
