Hey informaticos, thanks for your help I rewrote the bios again, was chiming bot still no boot, then I re-wrote serial then fix ME region but now booting working and serial is back!!!

smc_reset_l has 3.3v

No water damage history- no sign of drop. ppbus_g3h 8.22v pp3v42_g3h 3.42v ppvrtc 3.42v pp5v_s5 AND pp3v3_s5 both missing. do i have a bad smc?

yes i just checked website. it looks like keyboard only works on medusa 3
