Fan spins for a few seconds during which all S0 rails turn on but fall off after stopping. I've tried changing U2700, checked u7000 current sense's. What should I be looking for at this point in terms of ****_PWRGD signals etc. aside from the S0_Mains verified?

Just power cycles continually until U6100 area is heated, afterwards it will turn on, chime, present image etc. Is it possible I over heated the new SPI chip and is now failing as well? There isn't anything on the other side of the board that's being heated as a result of U6100 targeting as far...
This board started out with quarter fan spin. I noticed that one of the SPI_MLB_CS_L resistors was missing and when replaced the board turned on but a day or so later the quarter fan was back.
When heat was applied to the U6100 area the board would turn on so I dumped the rom thinking the chip...
After replacing the garbage poly-tantalum easter-egged cap this board is stable, however...
