Hi. I'm sure I remember reading that these 2017 trackpads need to be calibrated tro the logic board which can only be done by Apple or an AASP. Is this correct?

I mean are you replacing with the exact same FETs / part number (Direct replacement) or you replacing with FETs of similar characteristics (equivalent)?

U5110 is not on the board. SMC_RESET_L is 3.3 SMC: Reflowed SMC first. Then replaced SMC. Then replaced SMC a 2nd time to be sure not a shit one.... surely can't have 3 dead ones in a row.

Liquid U7600. No other areas. No ADAPTER_EN No S5_PWR_EN No MagSafe 3V42 is 3V42 PPBUS 12.25 Tried SMC, no good.

This machine is still not seeing the bootloader on the SSD, HFS+ El Capitan. I flashed the EEPROM with the new firmware but it's not making a difference.... Maybe there's still a problem with the baord? SSD is visible when booted into OS from external drive. Behaving like a PCIe SSD does in a PC...

Thanks. There is a problem though. The SSD is seen when booting to installer, will install pre installation files but will not boot from the internal SSD bootloader. High Sierra, El Cap, can not see bootloader. When trying to install it will copy install files and then reboot back into the USB...
