what is "the baseband"? Is there some magical chip called "baseband" that substitutes for the 20 pages of schematics that dictate how the cell phone handles radio frequency? Tell me where this chip is, I know it is not on the schematic.
The expected voltage on GPU power here is 0V. Injecting voltage on this rail is a great way to kill a phone permanently. There is no rail more sensitive to injected voltage on the iPhone board than this one.

1.) Not all boards are repairable. Accept that.
2.) You can't make a hard board easy. Just because you are familiar with one problem doesn't make the board in front of you have that problem.
