L7630 is pulsing once as well and L7430

P5VS3_EN came up for a split second on Pin 4 at 3.3v. L7520 pulsed as well, once i saw 5v but after a few tries 3v. I think it might just not be long enough of a pulse to show 5v.

All resistors and lines from SPI ROM are ok looks superclean as well, will slap another bios on and see what happens.

Voltage at L7510 and 20 is 1.12V and U2650 and U2660 both 3.3v. Will check U6100 next thanks.

Found the issue, the SSD seems to short the board. Weird thing is i tried and external SSD that didnt work. Now i used an known working internal SSD and it works. Thanks so much for the help learned a lot again, this case can be closed!
