Testing it again now... Now HWMONITOR is telling me CPU RAIL (CPU Total) is consuming a whopping 65W(!!!!!). Think maybe I found where the problem is, but how to solve?

Discrete GPU is permanently disabled, as told on the first post. I killed it with DosDude method.

As I told, also, problem occurs either on battery or charger power with genuine 85W power supply.

Yes, tested with original battery, taken from working laptop with never replaced battery.
