I was keep tracking where on the board it starts the voltage to drop and i find out on Q7085 at pin
1 i have 16.26V
2 is 16.26V
3 is 16.26
4 is 15.5 13.3 and 5.5V
5 is 16V then 15 14 13V its dropping to 4 ad so on like PPBUS_G3H
found a problem the:
L5001 was 0V pin one pad was gone
R5193 was 0V on pad 2 and the pad was gone
from R5117(pad2) -> 3.42V
I put a wire from R5117(pad2) to L5001(pad1) and R5193(pad2)
Now I have a green light the fan is spinning and there's no chime
I'm back to square one. any advice?

Fixed the problem the keyboard connector was corroded and some key was pressed during that. change the connector and test the macbook. Everything seams to be ok apart for the fans they are spinning at full speed. test with ASD and it give me the error in picture. any suggestions?
