did you check R7331 and R7715? you could check continuity from A5 on u7701 to D7701 pin 2 but you'd need to remove u7701 first obviously

Measure on diode mode from L7030 pin 2 to all big coils, not to ground

You would definetly feel 5amps, leave it plugged in for a while and see which areas are hot that way you can pinpoint the component easier
