    You mean the CPU gone bad? Should I check any other signals to make sure the CPU functionality? Will it make sense cleaning me region?

    I have resoldered all the three IC's properly,,,,, Now different behavior, PPVCC_S0_CPU_REG is 0V. The fan is running, Board is not booting.

    I have used a hot air gun with a 500 deg temperature to remove the IC, the Same for soldering also... can I try to add more solder lead using a soldering iron. Yes, I have removed the CPU heatsink before doing the rework.
