I replaced C7125 - still the same 17/18 3.7 ohm I compared the U7701 with a working machine. I found a broken R7105 and changed. Nothing helped.

Without F7140 to the same. I checked C7125 and it's ok. diode-mode pin 1 - 0.550, pin 2 - 0.120. I replaced U7100 and Q7130 still the same
