Yeah, 3V3_SUS is present. The led is fine, i solder 1 pin of resistor to ground, another pin of resistor to cathode of the led diode, and the anode attached to 5V_S4. i know the diode is fine cause i try again with a power supply with 5v. and it's fine. the resistor is a 100 Ohms resistor.

This is happening to me with several models of macbook pro retina non touchbar. not only with the 4924. i will going to proof and i let u know how im going.

Is nothing ugly. i have some boards with the same issue. all of them are retinas non touch bar. PM_SLP_S4_L is 0v i dont know works the thinks with the PM_SLP_S4_L.. what i need first? where need to look? why always stuck in the S5 State? should be the PCH? i don't know !!

I try some chargers.. include the original 60w and 85w. Same result.. with any charger have green light / orange light on the charger but doesn't turns on.

Voltage on U7090 pin 6: 14,71v Voltage on L7095: 2,70v Both sides The board don't have any corrosion. looks pretty well.

So, what is your suggestion? Reflow smc? i can replace all the components that you mentioned i can't pay $500 .. my business will be going to bankruptcy :(
