removed R7987 VCCSA ,VCORE both not switching because I removed vccsa enable all other before vccsa remains stable

diode mode to ground at L7100 -0.030v ohms mode to ground at L7100- 29 ohms U7100 already changed also changed Q7100 basic voltages; pins 19, 20, 15. cycling 5v,5v,3.3v respectively.
