Resoldered U1950 and removed Q8150 all pulsing but core voltage not coming

voltage pulsing 2 times VCORE pulsing too also PLT_RESET_L pulsing in normal condition

just pulsing all voltages when I removed u 1950 all voltages except V core stands stable.

yes only for 2 times first voltages comes and drops after a few second again comes and drops after that nothing tried smc bypass no rsult pubs s5 =8.5 volt present no water damage no corrosion found
