R7121/22 both seem fine at 16. 3v on both traces and upto u7100 R7151/52 both seem fine getting 8.56v It still boots with smc bypass but it just does the on off fan spin without, I'm kinda stuck now don't know what to check, before having this help from you I would try reflowing Smc. Is this wise?

Sorry about the pin board view mix up, Looks like the j9500 connector maybe at fault here, is it easy enough to replace it with one from a donor board (I've never done this before)? Or would it be easier to run a jumper from the same pin on dc in board to the same pin on the mlb?

Managed to get back to this one today. Tried your bios and same shit sadly, Powers on, cpu gets warm no display on internal or external display.
