It was a (New) Battery causing the problem,brand new only 2 cycles,, I swapped this bat with one from a working machine and the problem jumped from this mac to the perfectly good one I swapped batteries with!

also R9008/9 look good both reading 2.17k
I did notice that from the boardview to my actual logic board I dont appear to have c9015 present on the board, Either it was never there or I have knocked it off without noticing until now but...
This had liquid damage, small amount and some corrosion to J9000,
I replaced j9000, machine now starts up, fan spin, I get flashing folder when connecting external display but nothing when using internal display, tried a second know good screen to be sure,
Soldering to j9000 checked all pins...

I have both a windows and Ubuntu SSD, I tried both in this machine and they both behave the same, They boot ok and work for a few minutes fine, then the machine just freezes and is non responsive and I have to reboot.
This is crazy as the mac seemed fine when briefly testing this morning...
