Found small liquid damage on R5710/11 which I missed.
U5700/8 pad was fried.
Restored damaged pad and replaced those two resistors and all works fine :)

Tested on genuine 96W charger via USB C
Very small liquid damage on UR660 and UF800
PPBUS_AON - 12.25V
PP3V8_AON - 0.68V (0.144V in diode mode)
PP3V8_AON goes to UR660 which was affected by liquid so I removed UR660 but still got only 0.68V
All LDOs on all CD3217 are correct in diode mode...
PPBUS_G3H with charger and battery connected 11.51V (20V and 0A on charger)
PPBUS_G3H with Battery only 11.50V
LDOs on both CD3215 are both the same and correct in diode mode and voltage.
820-01041 bootloop
Client said he just close the lid and went for launch.
When come back there was black screen and boot loop.
There is boot loop even when lid is closed until battery is flat.
Client need data and it is detected in DFU but every time during 'Revive' it will reboot so device...
Yes, when J6200 disconnected all works fine (did 5 resarts)
Tested with known good Touch Bar and new flex which is connected to J4401.
With J6200 disconnected all good (did 5 restarts)
With J6200 connected but not fitted to palmrest and all good (did 5 restarts)
With J6200 connected to the flex...
So Touch Bar was not working.
Disconnected flex and checked J5100.
Found short on on pin 20/21 PP1V8_DFR.
Removed board checked one more time and short gone.
Diode mode in correct value.
Turned on the MacBook and Touch Bar was working fine.
Did a restart is gone again.
Same short...
Board got liquid damage on U7220, R8400, U8210, U8400.
It turns on but image is distorted - I can see log in screen.
R7226 and C10CA was not looking great. So replace that with U7220 just in case.
Issue is still the same.
Changed LVDS and tested with known good display and same issue.
