Okay I injected the voltage on Pin 2 of L7095 then plugged the charger in but still no light on the charger. I got 3.4v on SMC_RESET_L but on Pin 14 of U7100(SMC_BC_ACOK) it was 3.21v. Pins 13 of U7100(CHGR_RST_L) was around 3.4v also.

I still don't feel anything even getting remotely warm. I removed the heatsink and the cpu/gpu doesn't get warm at all. I even let it inject voltage for 5 minutes to see if anything got warm but nothing. If the short was inside the board wouldn't something get slightly warm?

With L7630 removed from the board all the PM_SLP rails, 5v_S0 and 3v3_s0 rails are present but no Vcore. I put L7630 on the board and I got a pulse of around 1v on CPU VCORE, 5v_S0 pulses For some reason PP3V3_S0 pulses quickly at 3.3v then stays around 2.5v.
