Isn’t there a dot on that chip? The dot normally indicates pin 1

Yes pin 8 on u1950 is pp3v42_g3h and u4850 pin 10 is pp3v42_g3h also missing pin 9 and 4 on u4850

Think i have a brooken trace between u4850 pin10 and c4850 pin1

L7310 give 1.743V U1950 pin 8 give 0V and showing 0,616 in diode mode
