Mark as solved. R9731 was bad and rolling me, because for some reason when I measure resistance it read 300K ohms, but BKL_EN was OV, now is 3V and BL is working fine. As always thanks, was your suggestion what repair this mac. Muchas gracias.

GPU seems to be heated up in the past, also both GPU and CPU have and awful kind and amount of termal grease. After cleaning that mess, in the microscope I see a little damage in a corner of the GPU die. Is posible to disable the NVIDIA GPU in this model?

Boards stays on with RAM removed. I try another RAM, that I know are good, and same problem. Fan only spins for a couple of seconds.

I download a Bios, but with the one I download, the SSD don't work. If I start with linux with USB it starts and never turn off, but with Mac OS in a USB it just loads forever, it doesn't turn off, but gets stuck in loading screen with the apple logo.
