PPBUS is 0.7V All Power Rails an Signal on Page 37 have good diode mode to ground readubgs, What should i do with Ra and Rb. I mean replace R7095/96 with higher or lower resistance resistors ? R7096 is 1.2V

For my reference: RSBB PPBUS is at 8.2V. No Magsafe Light . 3v42 / smc_reset_l present. U1950 all 0V except 3v42. PM_SLP_S4_L also missing. BAD SMC?

Diode 3v42_g3h is .332 diode to ground. Disconnected all 3 . Still low voltage. Reballed SMC. Still same.
