Got this board stuck on 5v - 0,34 amp not switching to 20v.
Replaced U3200 because it gets very hot when charger is connected.
Now the board is freezed at 5v - 0.03 amp.
All the CD3215 seems to work fine, all the LDO lines are stable at 1,80v
PPDCIN_G3H_CHGR =5v
PP3V3_G3H=3,4
Missing...

Another last question... It's just my impression or is more difficult to solder/desolder components on this board?
I had to replace R5400 and I've gone mad removing the bad one.
More heat dissipation? Or there's something else?

Stuck on 5V 0,1A.
I have short on PPBUS_G3H. Removed F7000.
Non more short on Pin 1, Pin 2 still shorted.
I ordered a PSU to inject voltage , meanwhile ... there's something that I can do to go further on diagnosis?

The machine was before used in our store for almost one year without issues. Never repaired before...

No post, No usb activity ,machine turns on , green and amber light , no fan spin but I assume that is normal on this model...

Customer report liquid spill near fingerprint button. Motherboard seems to be in good shape.
Starts with 5v then it goes to 20v normally.
PPBUS_G3H 12,5v
PP3v3_G3H 3,3v
It's my first time on a t2 machine so i really don't know...
Changed U8220, now everything looks great!

Hi guys! This is my first repair on a 820-00875.
Customer report no power after a small water spill near trackpad.
When I connect usb-c 61w power unit, fan starts and spin at lightspeed. Nothing else happens.
After checking power lines found that PP3V3_S0 is missing (0,6v).
Found some corrosion...
