Both were changed with known good ones.
Exactly, it takes time for the charger light (orange for some reason) to appear. Sometimes only 10 seconds but most times a few minutes.
It is the same. AppleMuxController crashes.

Board got on over-voltage because the non original charger exploded when it was in use.
It takes some minutes for the orange light to appear.
PPBUS, PP3V42 and ACOK all are normal.
Any idea? Change ISL maybe?

Checked those. Voltage was alternating between 1.8 and 8. So it came to me that the battery might cause it. Tried with another one. And it works. Thanks.
Picture distorts and blinks. But I tried flexing the cable and found a position where it works correctly. So this looks like a contact issue. It is possible to change the thunderbolt connector?
Board only had PP3V42.
Changed ISL.
Then PPBUS and ACOK returned but still no green light.
Board looks almost perfect, no sign of corrosion as far as I can tell.

Checked voltages. 24V is present.
No voltage is going out to LED cable.
But I do have a strong clue what might be the problem. There is sign of burning on the top part of the board where a mosfet and a diode is located. Checked the diode and it is shorted. (Not sure about the mosfet...

Tried the ram slots with multiple sticks of good ram. Most of the times only 3 beeps. Sometimes it will start with the bottom slot only but on boot kernel panic followed by restart.
