Coffee spilled on keyboard.
No corrosion on the motherboard.
Tested with new keyboard - working.
After installation not working.
Tested with new keyboard - working.

Test more times: sometimes working, sometimes not working.
Tested with good trackpad and...
Checked for shorts at power FETs - no.
I am going to send it to another shop that specialises on MB repairs before I mess things up with SMC and PCH reflow.

I have an iMac 27-inch from Late 2013 with flickering screen issue (exactly as on the video from the link). Tested with another screen and LCD cable still flickering but differently (the whole screen flickers ON/OFF with another screen).
What do you think it can be?

No water damage. Board inspected, nothing looks suspicious.
SMC reset - MG flashes green to orange.
SMC bypass - gave me half a fan spin once but not anymore.
L7701 - 0V
L3095 - 0V
L7130 - 8V
L7520 - pulse around 0.5-2V
L7560 - 3.2V
L7430 - pulse 0.5V
L7630 - pulse around 0.4V
L7310...
L7630 is max 0.63V on pin 2. Dont own an o-scope unfortunately.
U1950 pulse around 0.7V
SMC bypass does nothing.
Check for corrosion in other areas again but nothing new detected.
Reball SMC is my last option? Need to order stencil in that case. Use solder paste or balls?

Be sure R/C7630 are good - check
If nothing strange, change U7600 - changed. BOOM SHAKALA! works again!
