Device came in as not charging. PP3V42 was shorted. PPBUS was 0V with no Shorts. Injected Voltage and SMC was heating up. Replace the SMC. Now i get 8.2V at PPBUS and i get 3.4V at 3V42 but still no Mgsafe light and not turning on. PM_SLP_S4_L and ALLSYSPWRGD are missing.

again it turned on randomly. i hist plug in the battery and it starts - dont even need to press power button. Only 1 fan spinning now at Max and other not spinning. I even flashed the smc firmware with the matching board number. THe heat sink is way too hot. cannot even touch.
