when i plug into the not working port, when usbc meter is not showing anything, i get 3.2V on USB1_CC2 edit: when i plug into the not working port with amp meter showing something, pp5v_S2 is 3.3v. area getting hot is pp5v_s2

tried another flex. same issue. CC1/2 diode mode readings same. i noticed when i plug into the working port, the chip is getting around 40degrees celsius. (left area) when i plug into the not function port, the chip is getting around 60degrees celsius. (left area) is it the chip?
